First make sure you have placed the animal of the unique habitat in a normal habitat in your zoo, as the unique habitats are skins for the habitats. Then, you can place it in two ways:
- Go to the warehouse → unique habitats → you can change the skin habitat if the animal is placed
- Go to the animal habitat → tap it and change the skin in the green button
