If your purchase still hasn’t arrived , please send a message to support.dreamhospital@labcavegames.com with the following information:
- Player ID (you can find it in the game settings or in the loading screen bottom left corner)
- Name of your hospital
- Level of your hospital
- Game version
- Screenshot of the receipt you got in your email for the purchase
Once we receive this information, we will investigate the matter and get back to you ASAP.
