To transfer your progress to a different device, you should connect the game to a Facebook account on the current device.
Then connect to the same Facebook account on the new device.
Once you are connected on the new device, you will be prompted to choose between "Continue Current Game" and "Load Old Game".
Choose the prefered progress.
If there are any issues with transferring your game to a new device, please contact our Support Team.
Note: If both devices are Android-based, you can also use your Google Play account instead of Facebook.
