You will constantly receive quests from your employees and the Zoowners.

Quests from employees – "Local Quests" – are easier and faster to complete.

You can also reject them to get new ones by tapping the litter bin button.

The Zoowners' quests have much higher rewards and help you progress toward the next Zoo Status.

 

Once you've reached the highest status, you will only get quests from employees.
