Do the following steps:

1. Unlink the game and Google Play, Facebook, or AppleID accounts.
2. For Android devices: Apps-Zoocraft-Delete All-Delete App - Reinstall App 

For iOS devices: clean the cache and reinstall the app.

 The new game will start.

 

After completing the tutorial, skip the invitation to link Google Play, AppleID, or Facebook accounts. Just tap X. You will get the new Player ID. Link it to Google Play, AppleID, or Facebook accounts to restore the game from our server if needs. That's it.
